About Me

​​Since 2016, Laurent Fournier has supported individuals, groups, and organizations in Paris in achieving sustainable improvements in fitness, strength, and overall well-being.
I am certified with the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF) from PT Academy / Active IQ (London, UK), and I’m registered with the European Register of Exercise Professionals (eREPS).

My mission is to deliver science-driven, highly personalized coaching that meets each client’s physical condition, goals, and constraints. Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle development, injury recovery, postural improvement, or performance enhancement, I design programs that are safe, progressive, and efficient.

Coaching extends beyond workouts. I help clients:

  • build actionable routines,

  • track improvements,

  • make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

My work is heavily inspired by internationally recognized experts such as Dr. Stuart McGill (spinal health), Mike Israetel (training science), and Nick Tumminello (movement evaluation).
