About Me
​​Since 2016, Laurent Fournier has supported individuals, groups, and organizations in Paris in achieving sustainable improvements in fitness, strength, and overall well-being.
I am certified with the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF) from PT Academy / Active IQ (London, UK), and I’m registered with the European Register of Exercise Professionals (eREPS).

My mission is to deliver science-driven, highly personalized coaching that meets each client’s physical condition, goals, and constraints.
